How selling works
From your farm to paid, in five steps
- 1
List your produce
Put your produce on the portal. You set the price for each kilogram in Ringgit.
- 2
An order sheet arrives
A Singapore shop sends an order sheet. You can accept it or send a counter-offer.
- 3
Money is secured first
You only confirm the order after the buyer money is already held in escrow.
- 4
Pickup at your farm
A licensed transporter collects on the agreed day. The produce is checked and weighed at pickup.
- 5
You are paid
Once the shop accepts the delivery, you are paid in Ringgit for the accepted kilograms.
What you get
A marketplace built on escrow
These parts are working today.
You confirm only after the money is secured
The buyer pays into escrow before you accept. You never prepare fruit for an order that is not funded.
You set the price
You list your own price in Ringgit. A shop can accept it or send a counter-offer, and you decide.
Paid in Ringgit
Payment goes to the bank account you register with us. The amount is the accepted kilograms at your Ringgit price.
A clear statement for every order
Each release comes with a statement showing the accepted kilograms, your price and the release date.
Set your own price break for big orders
You can offer a lower price for a bigger order, or offer none at all. You choose the kilograms and the percentage. It comes off your price, so you decide whether the bigger order is worth it.
Transport is arranged for you
You do not need to find a lorry or handle the crossing. A licensed transporter collects from your farm.
One screen for your business
See your listings, your order sheets, your pickups and your payouts in one place.
You are not paid on guesswork
Produce is weighed at pickup and again at delivery. You are paid for what is accepted, with the numbers shown.
Straight answers
The questions farms actually ask
- What is your cut of my price?
- Nothing is taken out of your price. You are paid your Ringgit price for every accepted kilogram. The platform fee and the delivery are added on top and paid by the shop in Singapore. The only thing that lowers your price is a volume break you choose to offer yourself.
- What if the shop does not pay?
- You never see an order that is not paid. The shop pays first and the platform holds the money. You accept the order after the money is already held. If the shop never pays, no order reaches you and you cut nothing.
- What if the shop says my fruit was bad?
- Weight is settled at delivery from the scale reading. Quality is judged after the shop opens the fruit, until 8pm the day after delivery. The remedy is replacement fruit on the next delivery. Money is not taken back from you.
- What happens when I click register?
- You give your name, your farm name, your farm address and your state. It takes about two minutes. There is no fee and no card. You can look around the portal before you list anything. No lorry is booked and no order exists until you accept an order sheet yourself.
