How a run works

Every shipment, tracked in five stages

Order confirmed
A farm accepts an order. The buyer money, including your fee, is already held in escrow.

Run planned
Group confirmed orders onto a run and assign a driver from the dashboard.

Pickup
The driver collects at the farm. The produce is checked and weighed before it goes on the lorry.

Crossing and delivery
The driver crosses and delivers to the shop. Each stage is marked in the driver app.

Fee paid out
Once the shop accepts, your fee is released with the order payment. You do not chase anyone for it.

Who pays me and when?: The shop pays your fee into the held balance before your lorry moves. When the shop accepts the delivery, your fee is released with the order. There is no invoice and no collection call.
Who sets my rate?: You do. You set a fee for each kilogram by origin state. The platform books the work. It does not set your price.
Do I have to change how I run my fleet?: No. Your drivers, your lorries and your routes stay yours. The dashboard adds the run list, the stops in order and the weight capture at both ends.
How do I get an account?: Transport accounts are opened by hand, one company at a time. There is no fee to open an account and no fee to keep it.

What this does not do yet

Loads run from Malaysia into Singapore. The platform does not find you a load for the return leg. Grouping several orders onto one crossing is being built now and is listed under Coming next.

Farms confirm the pickup window and reply ready before the lorry rolls. Stops that are not ready are flagged for resequencing.

Exceptions handled before the border

Shortfalls found at pickup will be captured in the driver app, with farm stops rescheduled automatically.
