For Singapore shops
Buying durians
should not be a gamble.
Buy a week of harvest direct from one farm. Your money is held until you accept each delivery. You pay for the weight that actually arrives.
You can see every listing and every price before you make an account.
How buying works
From browse to accepted, in five steps
- 1
Browse
Look at the produce on offer. Each listing shows the farm, the grade and the price for each kilogram.
- 2
Send an order sheet
Put the kilograms you want on an order sheet. You can accept the listed price or name your own price.
- 3
Pay into escrow
You pay before pickup. The money is held. It does not go to the farm yet.
- 4
Delivery arrives
A licensed transporter delivers to your shop. The produce is weighed in front of you.
- 5
Accept
You have 24 hours to accept the delivery. After you accept, the farm is paid.
What you get
Direct, protected, delivered
These parts are working today.
You pay for what arrives
Produce is weighed at delivery. If you ordered 200 kg and 180 kg arrives, the difference is refunded to you automatically.
Weight at the door, quality the next day
Weight is settled at your door from the scale. Quality only shows when you open the fruit, so a claim can be sent until 8pm the day after delivery.
One price, everything included
The price you see in Singapore Dollars covers the farm price, the platform fee and the delivery. Nothing is added at the end.
If the fruit is not right
Open a claim with photos. The remedy is replacement fruit on the next delivery.
Name your own price
You do not have to take the listed price. Put your price on the order sheet and the farm can accept or counter-offer.
Some farms give a better price for a bigger order
Each farm sets its own price break, or none at all. When a farm offers one, the lower price is already inside the price you see.
Compare farms before you buy
Farms are ranked so you can see who delivers well. You choose the farm, not just the fruit.
Seasonal standing orders
Lock in a whole season with a deposit. The deposit is part of your order and covers a share of each delivery day.
Straight answers
The questions shops actually ask
- Do I buy one box or a whole week?
- You buy a week at a time from one farm. You send an order sheet with the kilograms you want on each delivery day. You do not buy single items.
- What if less arrives than I ordered?
- The produce is weighed at your shop. You are billed on the weight on the scale. If you ordered 200 kg and 180 kg arrives, the 20 kg is refunded to you automatically. You do not have to ask. You then have 24 hours to accept. If you do nothing, the order is accepted automatically and the farm is paid.
- What if the fruit is bad when I open it?
- Bad fruit shows when you open the durian, not at the door. Report it from the order page with photos, until 8pm the day after delivery. The remedy is replacement fruit on the next delivery. Short weight is different and short weight is money back.
- What is added to the price?
- Nothing. The Singapore Dollar price you see already contains the farm price, the platform fee and the delivery. There is no fee at the end and no fee for having an account.
